Sixteen fellowship awards open to all artists and writers based on merit.
Civil Society Institute
Three 4-week residencies will be awarded to minority artists from East Coast urban areas based on merit and need. Preference is given to artists from Baltimore, MD; New Haven, CT; and Jersey City, NJ. The $25 application fee is waived for this award only.
