Alma Singer spreads the word on underground dinners in BA

28 May 2010 No Comment

This week, Vero Mariani of Alma Singer gives us the inside track to one of the most original foodie events to hit Buenos Aires in quite a while. Jardin Gourmet and Noches Grimod are hosting a dinner in which patrons will be able to pick herbs from an organic garden to season their own meals and create herbal infusions during dinner. Jardin Gourmet is a company dedicated to creating tailor-made organic herbal gardens for the urban home, and Noches Grimod is a group that organizes pop-up dinners, much like an underground supper club. They are known by BA foodies for combining the world of art with culinary experiences. Their upcoming joint venture will be held May 27, 28, and 29 in the Palermo area and will try to recreate the feel of eating in a dewy forest. Log on to Alma Singer or Noches Grimod for all the details. Please not availability is limited.
