Just to keep things interesting, porteños turn a classic hot chocolate into a tradition. Submarinos are nothing more than a simple hot chocolate which can be ordered at any “confiteria” in Buenos Aires. The fun how ever, lies in dunking a solid semisweet chocolate bar in piping hot milk. Their in, the name “submarino” meaning submarine.
