Submarinos are nothing more than a simple hot chocolate which can be ordered at any “confiteria” in Buenos Aires. The fun how ever, lies in dunking a solid semisweet chocolate bar in piping hot milk. Their in, the name “submarino” meaning submarine.

Chocolates Aguila, a staple in argentine sweets makes individual 30 gram bars for your dunking pleasure. So popular, they are listed in Wikipedia, be sure to indulge.
