A class action suit that is close to settlement will give Google the right to post published books online and sell them to the public. If you own the rights to a published book you should check out: http://www.googlebooksettlement.com/ for complete information. Google will pay authors 63% of any sales of the book online. You need to know what your rights are and what you should do to opt out if you do not want to participate.
